Location:|
The simulation will take place in the Shatner Ballroom, located on the 3rd floor of the University Centre (3480 McTavish Street). The building is part of the McGill University Downtown campus, in Montreal.

Registration:
- All registrations are processed online.
- You may register yourself with a team (max 4 students) or individually (in which case, we will assign you to a team).
- The deadline to register online is Sunday, February 3rd, 2008 at midnight. There will be no further registration after this date.

Admission Fee:
- The advance admission fee is $45.00 CDN per person if you register before February 3rd AND if your payment is received by February 6th (our last kiosk day in Bronfman).
- Payments made on February 9th (day of the simulation) will be priced at $55.00 CDN per person, even if you registered before February 3rd.
- The admission covers lunch, dinner, access to the after-party (Club 1234), and of course, the simulation itself.
- Hotel accommodation is not included. If you request accommodation, a per-person charge has to be added to your total payment. See below for details.

Payment Procedures:|
You can register online, then pay cash at the MIC kiosk on Thursday January 31 and Wednesday February 6th in the Bronfman lobby from 10am to 4pm.

Hotel Accommodation: |
The rate per person is $35 per night (quad occupancy).
- If you need accommodation, the MIC will arrange hotel bookings for you. Rooms will be in quad occupancy. We will do our best to place everyone in a same sex room, unless you request to be staying with your team.
- Please make sure to add the room charges ($35 per night per person) when you complete your payment.
- You may choose to stay on Friday Feb.8th only, Saturday Feb.9th only, or both nights.
